The Graduate Research School (GRS) is the central support unit for higher-degree research students at UTS. Located in the UTS Building 15, we deliver a suite of services to support you throughout your degree.

These support services include:

  • candidature management
  • thesis preparation, submission and examination
  • administration of scholarships and funding opportunities
  • student development and networking support

Some of the forms below are now online in ResearchMaster. If you select one of these forms, you will be taken to another page with guides to explain the process.  You will also be able to login to ResearchMaster at a later date and check the status of your request.

You must complete the process online if you have already started this process online and/or your EWS date falls after 1st July 2022.

Student statement and supervisor certificate are now embedded in the Thesis Submission and Examination online form.

Paper-based examination forms**

**Use only if you have already submitted your Nomination of Examiner form via paper and your EWS falls before 1 July 2022. Please contact GRS if you meet this criteria and require forms.
