Facilities and location

UTS Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology is located in the Engineering and IT building (CB11) at the UTS campus. It's within easy walking distance of Central Station and the Sydney CBD.

That's why our model of learning, Learning.Futures, is revolutionising the way students learn at UTS. We figured you're more connected to technology than ever before, so we want to encourage you to use technology to build on the concepts learnt at UTS.

The Engineering and IT building was built with UTS' teaching model in mind. Classrooms feature digital screens and moveable furniture to facilitate group work and practice-based learning. Collaborative theatres seating approximately 200 students also facilitate multiple forms of engagement including lecture presentations, collaborative group work and technology-enabled activities.
