Our student residents are our customers. What you think of us matters. Listening to your feedback helps us improve what we do for you.
The Association of College and University Housing Officers (ACUHO) EBI survey, conducted every two years, collects feedback and provides a standard for us to measure ourselves against other university accommodation service providers in Australia and overseas. The results collected have seen enormous improvements in our services:

Since the most recent survey in 2015, UTS Housing has seen a raft of improvements, including:
- provision of additional sporting and recreational activities
- online recharge options now available for laundry top-ups
- introduction of ‘edible garden’
- introduction of the Bike Club
- music room in new residence
- extra fridges in larger apartments
- sound roofing of Yura music room
- tinting options being considered for heat reduction at Yura
- collaboration with UTS IT to provide hard-wired internet connectivity in residence buildings ( in progress)
- vending of hygiene items
- emphasis on study areas in new accommodation
- making second hand items available in a ‘Free store’
- new communication screens in laundry rooms
