This project, which focused on policy options for developing incentives to recruit, retain and motivate staff in rural/ remote areas completed its first phase in 2011/12.
Contact has been maintained with WHO Cambodia office on subsequent developments in relation to this issue. Key findings were fed back to WHO country office to inform policy decisions.
