What you’ll study
Throughout your Law degree, you'll study a range of core subjects to build knowledge of areas like evidence, procedure, ethics, justice and criminal law. You'll even get the chance to pursue a major in Legal Futures and Technology or to complete the Law electives of your choice.
Meanwhile, your Forensic Science studies will see you undertake core units in statistics, forensic intelligence, criminalistics and more. You'll then pursue a major in biology, chemistry, crime scene investigation or digital forensics, depending on your interests and career goals.

Industry accreditation
This course satisfies the academic requirements for admission to the Supreme Court of NSW as a lawyer. Once completed, you will also need to complete a practical legal training program, such as the Graduate Certificate in Professional Legal Practice (available at UTS) to be eligible for admission as a lawyer.
