Course content

This introductory project management course focuses on a projects life cycle, providing practical management tools and techniques. In this course you will develop your understanding of the role and responsibilities of a project officer or project managers and learn how to develop project schedules, manage and communicate with your project stakeholders and sponsors, manage project risk, and deliver post implementation reviews.

This project management course covers the fundamental steps in every project’s life cycle and uses a real-life case study approach to follow a project from conception through to completion and final review.

About the presenter

John Le Mesurier has facilitated management programs in research institutions and government, both in Australia and the UK, since 2001.
