What you’ll study
You’ll complete core subjects in both the Law and Creative Intelligence and Innovation disciplines. This will establish your comprehensive practical understanding of the various roles, responsibilities and perspectives within the law while enhancing your entrepreneurial skills in problem-solving, innovation and ideation.
Direct your own destiny with your choice of Option subjects, offering you the chance to specialise your law education and experience a hands-on internship or design your own speculative start-up. You can also choose to enhance your learning further through a Legal Futures and Technology major.

First year
You'll commence your studies with a selection of core subjects from both of your degree areas. You'll develop a solid foundational knowledge of the law and its role in Australian society, and begin establishing yourself as a creative problem-solver. -
Second year
In your second year, you’ll enhance your legal knowledge in specific areas of law, including civil practice, equity and administrative law. You'll also learn about the history of innovation and the integral role it plays in shaping our future. -
Third year
Your third year will see you undertake your choice of legal subjects covering topics like criminology, gender, Indigenous perspectives and more. You'll also have the chance to complete an innovation internship and learn vital leadership skills. -
Fourth year
You'll round out your degree with hands-on experience in innovation and creative thinking through a practical internship or by planning your own start-up. You’ll finalise your learning by developing your own innovative product, service or initiative in your Capstone.

Industry accreditation
