What you’ll study
Your Communications studies will commence with core units, where you'll build vital foundational insight into this exciting and wide-ranging discipline. Then, you'll specialise your knowledge with your Digital and Social Media major, learning about online audiences, user experience, digital publishing and more.
Meanwhile, your core Law studies will introduce you to topics like torts, evidence and constitutional law. You'll also have the opportunity to further specialise with a major in Legal Futures and Technology or to get a wider view through your choice of Law options subjects.

Industry accreditation
This course satisfies the knowledge requirements for admission to the Supreme Court of NSW as a lawyer. You will also need to complete a practical legal training program, such as the UTS Graduate Certificate in Professional Legal Practice to be eligible for admission.
