We have and are working in partnership with a number of leading organisations to conduct employment research utilising Indigenous research methodologies, including collaborations with Qantas, the Media Entertainment and Arts Alliance and continuing our work with Accor. Together, we are conducting Indigenous employee yarning circles culminating in reports, which are instrumental in enhancing external employment opportunities and the safety of Indigenous employees. These partnerships represent a significant step forward in fostering a more inclusive and supportive work environment for all.
