What you’ll study
This course can be completed over two years full-time or four years part-time. You'll complete a range of core subjects, building both your foundational and specialised expertise in Property Development and Project Management disciplines.
You'll gain expertise in areas such as the development process, valuation, transactions, finance, risk analysis, project integration, communication, procurement, quality management and leadership. Additionally, you'll complete a group project, giving you the opportunity to apply your new skills to tackle a real-world development challenge.
