The route the Industry Innovation Project takes may not be the most obvious, or the one you have in mind. The best partner approach is to have a clear and defined understanding of your problem space, yet be open to embracing the different avenues and processes your team may take you on. This is what will allow for new opportunities to be explored that may not have been considered in day-to-day operations and expectations of your organisation.
To get the most out of your IIP experience, we encourage you to step outside of your day-to-day operations, and take the opportunity to think innovatively and progress in ways you may not have imagined.
