Why study Secondary Education?

  • You will engage and be supported in two 30-day practicums throughout your course
  • Can be combined with a specialised bachelor degree and studied in our unique vertical stack. Complete an undergraduate and postgraduate qualification in four years
  • Great school partnerships with 200+ urban and rural schools at which you will be placed.
  • Professional Experience practicums. You will spend at least 60 days full time teaching in at least two NSW secondary schools for an intensive and closely supported professional experience
  • Major in: English, English, Mathematics, Science, Business Studies, Economics or Technological and Applied Studies.

Industry accreditation

This course is a NSW secondary school teaching preparation course and adheres to the subject content knowledge prerequisites as stipulated by the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
