Jane Nethery
Jane Nethery, Early Talent Manager at Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese, leads strategies to attract and develop early career teachers. With vast experience shaping future educators, she'll share insights on career paths in teaching and discuss the future of teacher education in Australia, especially for early career teachers.

Panellists
Dr. Mun Yee Lai
Dr. Mun Yee Lai, Course Director of the Master of Teaching in Primary Education at UTS, has vast experience in mathematics education in Australia and Hong Kong. Her research focuses on teacher development, math education, and STEM. In this session, she’ll present the UTS Primary Education program, preparing future educators for effective teaching.
Dr. Keith Heggart
Dr. Keith Heggart, Course Director for the Master of Teaching in Secondary Education at UTS, brings extensive experience in secondary education and leadership roles in the UK and Australia. He’ll present the Secondary Education program, highlighting how it prepares future teachers to navigate and impact the evolving education landscape.
George Rahal
Leader of Wellbeing at St Vincent’s College Ashfield, supports student growth. He holds a Bachelor of Medical Science, Master of Teaching in Secondary Education from UTS, and a Graduate Certificate in STEM Education from Western Sydney University. George has five years of experience teaching Biology and will share key career moments.
