First year

You’ll kick off your degree by completing a variety of core units, covering finance, accounting and economics. You’ll hone your skills in financial reporting, cost management and quantitative finance, preparing yourself for senior accounting positions.
Second year

You’ll finalise your studies over six months, where you’ll study subjects like Management Planning and Control, Auditing and Assurance and Business Analysis and Valuation. You’ll also study Taxation Law, establishing a solid knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation.

First year

Industry accreditation

This course meets the educational membership requirements for admission as a member of CPA Australia (CPAA), Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ), the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), and the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA). Additionally, the course provides exemptions from multiple subjects which need to be completed for membership of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

The course may be completed in one-and-a-half years of full-time or three years of part-time study.

Classes are offered over three teaching periods each year (namely Autumn, Spring and Summer sessions). Not all subjects are available in Summer session.

In most cases, subjects are offered on the basis of one three-hour lecture per week over a 13-week period; however, certain subjects may be delivered in intensive mode and be completed over a shorter time period.
To be eligible for admission to this course, applicants must meet the following criteria.

Applicants must have the following:
- Completed Australian bachelor's degree or higher qualification, or overseas equivalent, in a field of study other than Accounting with more than 75% of all subjects completed at pass level (conceded pass not included)
Applicants who do not meet the criteria above should consider applying for C11206 Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting.

- Indicative Total tuition fee: $76,109.78
As an international student, it’s important to know that, in addition to tuition fees, you need to have enough funds to cover your living expenses, training and professional development while studying in Australia. - Unless otherwise noted, the indicative total tuition fee shown above assumes a study load of 1EFSTL, except for courses with a duration of less than 1 EFSTL.
