What you’ll study

This program, delivered as a mix of self-paced and face-to-face learning, is designed for professionals from all backgrounds. You'll begin by developing a solid foundational understanding of economic theory, then specialise with a focus on contemporary behavioural economics and its applications.

You'll learn how to design and run experimental trials, discover the ethical challenges associated with behavioural interventions and hone your statistical capabilities, helping you accurately interpret data and analyse results. This will comprehensively prepare you to ethically and responsibly apply your behavioural economics knowledge in your professional practice.

    Held over six sessions, your first year will see you quickly establish a thorough knowledge of Behavioural Economics foundations, such as Game Theory, Strategic Decision-Making, Health Economics and Data Analysis. You’ll also study Ethics and Trial Design. 
  2. Second year

    In your final three sessions, you’ll learn how to apply behavioural economic data to inform decisions in a corporate environment. You’ll also undertake either a research or industry-based project, acquiring invaluable practical skills for your future career.
