What you’ll study
With a range of delivery options, this course is designed to be completed at the time, place and pace that suits you. Within this degree, you'll complete core JD and MBA subjects, developing essential capabilities in areas like leadership, strategic management, Australian law and justice.
Having established a solid foundation, you'll then specialise your legal knowledge through your choice of Options and Legal Theory units. The Business Law stream will then allow you to complete a sub-major and enhance your learning in areas like commercial law, dispute resolution and negotiation.

First year
You will begin your program by establishing a solid fundamental knowledge of relevant areas of Business and Law through your core subject streams. You'll learn about leadership, law foundations, legal ethics, and marketing. -
Second year
You'll continue your core studies, developing knowledge in areas like contract and constitutional law, financial management and economics. You'll get the chance to choose your first specialist subject, beginning the process of tailoring your degree to meet your unique outcomes. -
Third year
In your third year of study, you'll continue to grow your legal expertise through exposure to relevant areas like property, administrative and international law. Your business studies will see you hone your strategic management capabilities. -
Fourth Year
