A dual program, the UTS Bachelor of Criminology Bachelor of International Studies will prepare you to understand and respond to the changing nature of crime, addressing the new reality of criminal activity in an increasingly connected age.
This program will see you undertake language and cultural studies related to your language of choice. Meanwhile, you'll learn about contemporary Criminology and pursue a specialised major. You’ll also have opportunities to undertake internships and/or international study abroad experiences.

What you’ll study
In your Criminology studies, you'll complete nine core units, building in-depth knowledge of subjects like law, crime data, society and Indigenous perspectives, before undertaking a research-based industry project. You'll also get to choose a standard major and electives or pursue an extended major to hone your expertise.
Meanwhile, you'll pursue studies in your country and language of choice, selecting from Chinese, French, Italian, Japanese and more. You'll acquire skills in your chosen language and have the opportunity to experience life abroad first-hand through exchange or international honours.
