Here are the documents you'll need to sign to accept your scholarship.
How to accept your scholarship
Please ensure all forms are completed (including additional forms).
- Download each of the documents below.
- Complete the relevant sections.
- Ensure document includes your full name.
- Upload the documents with your full name by no later than Orientation Week. If you are experiencing issues with uploading, please send to FEITScholarships@uts.edu.au with all your complete documents in a combined file or .zip file
If you're are under 18 years of age, you'll need a parent/guardian to sign these documents as well.
Conditions of Award & payment forms
Women in Engineering & IT Co-op Scholars (WiEIT Co-op)
- WiEIT Co-op Scholarship Conditions of Award - signature required
- WiEIT Co-op Scholarship Payment - please complete section A only and upload via the link. Please do not send to AP email listed on form.
- Payments will be made fortnightly after Census Date.
Women in Engineering & IT Faculty Scholars (FEIT WiEIT)
- FEIT WiEIT - Faculty Scholarship Conditions of Award - signature required
- FEIT WiEIT - Faculty Scholarship Payment - please complete section A only and upload via the link. Please do not send to AP email listed on form.
- Payments will be made in 2 parts ($5,000 after Autumn Census Date and $5,000 after Spring Census Date).
