Support services
For students with Permanent Protection: (visa subclass 866, 200 – 204), these include:
- Educational Access Schemes e.g. inpUTS and Schools Recommendation Scheme
- Refugee Case Management through the Transition and Academic Support Program
- Equity scholarships, grants and prizes
- Health and wellbeing support through UTS Health (Bulk billed)
- Opportunity to access paid internship and graduate career opportunities
Students with Temporary Protection: (visa subclass 785, 7867, 790 and Bridging visas) can apply for the UTS Humanitarian Scholarship Program. The program includes:
- Full tuition scholarship and support with educational costs for the duration of undergraduate study
- Transition and on-boarding support
- Mentoring activities (peer, academic and industry)
- Paid internship and graduate career opportunities
