The Health Service is made available to UTS students, staff and their families. Medical practitioners determine whether and with what frequency they will accept patients for consultation. Services are generally provided via scheduled appointments. Patients may be prioritised in cases of medical emergency as determined by the triage process.
Consultations are scheduled for a duration of 15 minutes, to allow us to best serve all our patients.
We ask if you have multiple or lengthy items to discuss, please call our friendly reception staff to book subsequent appointments —this will enable the doctor to optimally manage your health and our clinic to operate on time.
Please be on time for your appointment. Late arrivals will be managed at the clinic’s discretion. You may be asked to re-book your appointment, and a non-attendance fee may be incurred.
The University reserves the right to take all necessary action to protect the safety of its staff, students and facilities, and to ensure reasonable use of services and facilities. This may include revoking or placing conditions on access to facilities, services, or campus precincts.
