Re-enrolment
Having trouble logging in? Have you set up Multi-Factor Authentication to access UTS systems?
Undergraduate students
You can enrol online in subjects for both Autumn and Spring sessions using My Student Admin.
Before enrolling in subjects, please visit how to enrol for information and important dates.
On-line enrolment checklist
- Know your study plan prior to web enrolling. Consult the online Handbook for course completion requirements in the course structure.
- Check the clinical practice ladders so that you are aware of clinical practice requirements.
- You must plan and enrol for both Autumn session and Spring session at the same time via My Student Admin.
- Use the Timetable Planner to view subject offerings and class availabilities and then allocate your preference for classes in My Timetable.
- If you cannot view your study plan on My Student Admin or have no access to the web enrolment, then you cannot web enrol. You will need to lodge an e-Request with enrolment details. There are various reasons why a study plan may be missing including fee sanctions, AWOL status or potentially complete status.
Academic advice
If you are returning from leave of absence, repeating subjects, are under academic caution/sanctions or taking subjects across different years, you are strongly recommended to seek academic advice from the Director of Undergraduate Studies. This is especially important for subjects that have a clinical component.
Extended Leave
Please note that before taking a leave of absence in a clinical subject, you must ensure your clinical placement has been completed or you have sought advice about withdrawal from the subject. Pending grades (Q grades) must be resolved within 12 months or they will automatically convert to a fail grade.
A student who has been absent from the program for three or more consecutive sessions without a clinical placement (excluding Summer School) MUST make an appointment to meet with:
- Director of Undergraduate Nursing Studies (local nursing students)
- Director of Midwifery Studies (midwifery students)
- Director of International Activities (international students)
The Director will consult with the Director of Clinical Practice and a workbook(s) and OSCE will be arranged with the appropriate Subject Coordinator. Until this has been completed, further clinical placements cannot be provided.
