Congratulations on receiving an offer to study at UTS! Here are some important tips to help get you started.
Accepting your offer and enrolling at UTS
Before you start your course, you will need to accept your offer and activate your UTS email account by visiting the Start @ UTS website and then you will be able to enrol online.
Before you enrol, get familiar with your course structure and subject selection options. For enquiries related to subjects and course structure, please contact the Faculty of Health:

Undergraduate students
Important info for students commencing undergraduate courses of Bachelor of Nursing, Bachelor of Nursing / Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, Bachelor of Midwifery, Bachelor of Midwifery / Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation.
The New South Wales Department of Health has implemented policies and procedures whereby all health care workers, including nursing and midwifery students who undertake clinical placements, must comply with certain rules and regulations. Please ensure that you meet all the requirements.
You will be required to complete forms regarding these regulations for the University records and upload them to MyPlacement. Even if you have already completed these forms for your current place of employment, you MUST also complete them for the University.
Uniforms
You are required to wear the UTS nursing or midwifery student uniform while on clinical placement. The supplier will be present at enrolment to take orders.

Postgraduate students
Important info for students commencing the Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education and Management
The New South Wales Department of Health has implemented policies and procedures whereby all health care workers, including nursing students who undertake clinical placements, must comply with certain rules and regulations. Please ensure that you meet all the requirements.
Even if you already have these formalities completed for your current place of employment you MUST still submit these forms for the University records.
Students who have accepted their offer into this course will be sent all documents for the above requirements by February. If you have accepted your offer and not received this information by late February, please email Health.Clinical.Practice@uts.edu.au
