What you’ll study

This course can be completed in just 18 months of full-time study or 3 years part-time. You'll undertake a range of core Real Estate Investment subjects, covering topics like asset portfolio management, equities, capital markets, asset class analysis and property transactions. 
 
You'll also have the chance to pursue an area of particular interest through your options elective, which includes units on financial modelling, global property trends, taxation, retail investment and more. This will equip you to understand the many socio-political, economic, financial and environmental factors that underpin the property market.

Industry accreditation

Master of Real Estate Investment graduates meet the educational requirements for accreditation as a Certified Fund Manager (CFM) with the Australian Property Institute (API). This course also maps to the Property Finance and Investment pathway with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
