What you’ll study
Completed in one year full-time or two years part-time, this practically focused course will give you a thorough understanding of all aspects of the property development process, markets and institutions. You'll undertake core subjects in areas like development feasibility, finance and planning and environmental law, giving you the in-depth, up-to-date insights required for success in this industry.
You'll also get the chance to curate your own learning journey through your choice of two options subjects. These include subjects like project management, urban design, capital markets, and development negotiations.

Industry accreditation
Graduates will meet the educational requirements for accreditation as a Certified Property Practitioner (CPP) and Certified Development Practitioner (CDP) with the Australian Property Institute (API). This course also maps to the Planning and Development pathway with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
