The Master of Event Management (Extension) is designed to expose you to best practice, current issues, and emerging trends in event management.
Develop advanced professional skills and knowledge to prepare you for management positions in the broad and multifaceted events industry.
You'll learn event creation, planning, delivery, marketing and evaluation processes and practices of various forms of events in both Australian and international contexts.

What you’ll study
This course will provide you with advanced knowledge and skill sets in the specialist area of event management.
You'll learn high-level general management competencies needed to develop or manage complex organisations involved in the production of public, corporate or other event types.
The course strongly focuses on professional practice, including two innovative capstone subjects – Industry Research Project or Internship Experience – which enable you to work on or with contemporary industry issues and opportunities.
Elective subject choices provide you with an opportunity to specialise more deeply in event management and related fields.
