The course is recommended for those with insufficient mathematics in their bachelor degree who wish to meet the admission requirements of the Mathematical and Statistical Modelling major in the Master of Science or Master of Mathematics and Quantitative Finance.

This course targets university graduates needing a stronger mathematical foundation for advanced studies. Opt for this course to bridge gaps in your mathematical knowledge and meet prerequisites for Master's programmes in Mathematical and Statistical Modelling or Mathematics and Quantitative Finance.

The course is recommended for those with insufficient mathematics in their bachelor's degree who wish to meet the admission requirements of the Mathematical and Statistical Modelling major in the Master of Science (C04241) or Master of Mathematics and Quantitative Finance (C04419).
An applicant may enrol in this course on a part-time basis. As a guide, minimum part-time attendance is one year of study. The possibility of full-time study and the duration of the course depend on the subjects chosen and their availability. To be eligible for admission to this course, applicants must meet the following criteria.

- Completed Australian bachelor's degree or higher qualification, or overseas equivalent

- The Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF), which supports student services and activities. If eligible, you can defer this fee using SA-HELP.
- Textbooks, materials, and other course-related costs.
- Any applicable payment processing fees (e.g., credit card surcharges).
