What you’ll study

Explore how to analyse and interpret complex socio-technical systems using data science frameworks and models with a human-centric lens.

Learn to critically assess contemporary data science trends, deal with ambiguity, and extract valuable insights from data.

In a transdisciplinary environment - working with peers from all walks of life - you will develop problem-solving strategies, design data investigations, and communicate findings to diverse audiences.

Collaboration, ethical responsibility, and leadership are emphasised. Skills that will empower you to solve problems in innovative ways and drive positive change in the field of data science.

Students must complete 24 credit points from a suite of 16 core subjects, all worth eight credit points each.
