Create complex structures and rapidly prototype your designs using Powder Bed Fusion technology with HP Multi Jet.
Multi Jet Fusion
HP Multi Jet Fusion 4200
Our HP MultiJet printers love to make complex 3d printed parts and has the capability to make a lot of parts quickly. Parts with complex geometries are perfect for this machine, as no support structure is needed.
HP Multi Jet Fusion 4200 3d printers utilise a similar technology to that utilised by industrial Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) printers, but use heat lamps to melt the plastic powder, rather than the laser melting process used in SLS printers.
This process means that only the 3d models are fused and solidified within a chamber of loose powder. Parts, therefore, does not require support material, and we can print full, moving assemblies if designed accordingly.
This machine is also ideal for small production runs or even very thin components due to the way it produces its parts.
