With multiple advanced FDM and FFF machines, ProtoSpace offers reliable, high quality 3D printing for every application.
FDM/FFF
Stratasys 450mc
The Stratasys Fortus 450MC is one of our high-end FDM machines which also provides capabilities with engineering specific materials.
This machine has a wide range of engineering thermoplastics available, allowing us to print high strength and high temperature end-use plastics.

Markforged X7
ProtoSpace has 2 Markforged X7 machines, both of which are capable of printing very strong plastic parts by embedding composite fibres within specialist plastic as part of the print process.
Our machines are both use a form of fibre reinforced plastic (Markforged ONYX), and then further reinforce those parts with Carbon Fibre in areas that require more structural support.
By doing this, this machine can produce fully structural parts.
This machine uses a FDM production process, but we have has great success with breakaway support for our more detailed and complex components.

Stratasys F270
The Stratasys F270 is an FDM 3D printer capable of printing high accuracy plastic parts using a range of thermoplastics. It has a heated build chamber and dissolvable supports (in a bath), which greatly increases the reliability and accuracy of the produced parts.
FDM printing deposits print material layer by layer, gradually building up a part from the machine bed.
