Construction Industry Doctorate Program (CIDP)
Established in conjunction with the Office of NSW Building Commissioner (OBC) to meet the contemporary needs of industry, the Construction Industry Doctorate Program allows you complete a PhD in a construction related field of research with UTS, developing your professional capabilities and enhancing your career prospects in the process.
If you’ve got 10 or more years of industry experience, including experience in research, you could qualify. And that’s whether your experience is in construction and engineering – or construction-related disciplines such as design and architecture, law, manufacturing, business, or technology.
The Construction Industry Doctorate Program is good for industry – developing staff, solving big problems, and linking practitioners with world-class research. And it’s good for you – building skills and a career, delivering experience on issues of national or global significance, and giving you access to unparalleled data and support from UTS and the NSW OBC.
The Construction Industry Doctorate Program operates as part of the wider UTS Industry Doctorate Program.
