Academic Background and Work Experience:
Obtaining Bachelor in Finance and Accounting from International University – Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, Duy worked at Auditing Department of KPMG Ltd., Vietnam and then Global Trade and Tax Department of Intel Product Vietnam. Afterwards, he was awarded Master of Science in Finance and Investment from Sheffield Hallam University (UK) with Distinction. Duy also has 5-year experience in teaching and researching at Eastern International University (Vietnam).
His research interest includes corporate finance, corporate governance, and some issues related to Mergers and Acquisitions in Emerging Markets.
