PhD Topic: Designing Automated Market Makers for Illiquid Assets
Academic Background and Work Experience:
Before joining UTS, Max completed both his bachelor's and master's degrees in Economics at Heinrich-Heine-University of Düsseldorf. He gained valuable experience abroad through an internship in the USA and a semester at Waseda University in Japan. For the past two years, he has been working as a data analyst at a leading international accounting and data analytics company.
He is going to collaborate with the Digital Finance CRC and conduct research on designing Automated Market Makers for illiquid assets. This research will focus on creating innovative models to enhance liquidity and efficiency in markets with limited trading activity.
