The Master of International Commercial and Business Law gives students the opportunity to build specialist legal skills in the area of commercial and business law in a global context.
International Commercial and Business Law subjects
Students must complete one core subject and may choose to undertake any seven elective subjects within the course.
Students can select their electives from a range of subjects, some of which address the international environment whilst others cover aspects of commercial and business law in Australia. Students may choose to undertake subjects with a focus on skills or on research.
The subjects and the sessions in which they are delivered are set out in the lists below. This course structure will be in place for new commencing students from Autumn 2024. Students who commenced prior to Autumn 2024 should refer to the C04432 course structure in the 2023 Handbook.
