ServiceConnect is your online support and self-service system for all IT-related things. This includes general computing assistance as well as solutions to difficult problems.
Use ServiceConnect to:
- ask questions, make requests and report IT problems.
- track the progress of your reported issues and requests.
- chat online with the IT Support Centre team to get quick answers.
- access the “knowledge base” – the IT database of common issues and IT self-help documents.
