For Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants
- ^You will need to provide confirmation of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent. Documentation must include a common seal and must be in the applicant's name OR the Jumbunna Statutory Declaration and two references from Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander community members who are not directly related to you who can confirm you are of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent. Please note we do not accept references from school or other statutory declarations.

You will need to provide one of the following:
- Your address, if you live in a low-socioeconomic area based on IRSAD indexes of SEIFA criteria**
- Centrelink income statement evidencing receipt of income and asset-tested entitlement. The documentation must be in your name and be for the period of at least 3 months during Year 11 and/or Year 12 or equivalent.
- A Centrelink income statement or Centrelink family assistance letter issued to your parent/s or guardian/s demonstrating their receipt of Family Tax Benefit Part A.

Academic documents
All applicants will need to provide evidence of academic eligibility, such as your testamur or official results/completion certificate. Please see academic requirements above for further information on accepted education and/or employment criteria.
For evidenceof work experience, we will consider documents such as a letter from your employer, reference check and/or resume.

The Centrelink income statement or family assistance letter must be dated within the period of your Year 11 and/or Year 12 or equivalent and demonstrate the actual payment rate. It cannot be considered if it shows $0 payment rate or a future payment date (i.e. the payment date is later than the issue date of the document). Your parent/s or guardian/s can view and download their Centrelink income statement by logging in to their Centrelink online account, or myGov if they have set up an account. To obtain a Centrelink family assistance letter your parent/s or guardian/s must call or visit a Centrelink office; you will need to allow at least a week for Centrelink to issue the letter. Note: If your surname or residential address is different from your parent/guardian's, upload a copy of your birth certificate or other document(s) that verify your relationship.
