You'll develop leading-edge conceptual and practical understandings of human resource management in complex and unfamiliar workplace situations in order to facilitate management decision-making and ensure business literacy and career guidance.

The core subjects provide foundational HRM knowledge as well as enhancing your academic literacy skills and knowledge of the business practice.

The additional elective subject choices provide an opportunity to specialise more deeply in the human resource management discipline and to further enhance your skills, professional practice, specialist knowledge and capabilities.
