What you’ll study

As a Master of Human Resource Management student, you'll complete eight core subjects to develop an in-depth understanding of vital aspects of this discipline, such as creative problem-solving, managing social impact and diversity and inclusion.

You will also select two elective Human Resource Management subjects to specialise and enhance your educational experience. Finally, you'll round out your degree by completing a capstone subject, gaining hands-on experience through an industry internship or establishing yourself as an expert voice through an industry research project.

    Develop skills in creative problem solving, human resource management, and explore business and social impact, alongside diversity and inclusion. You’ll study industrial relations, the future of work, and managing change, with flexibility to choose electives.
  2. Second year

    Further tailor your studies with elective options, while learning to manage staff and volunteers. Complete either an industry research project or gain practical experience through an internship.
