The Client
AIQual Technologies (AIQ) is an early venture and a privately held Australian-based company engaged in developing and commercialising data employing big data analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence. AIQ uses a selection of sophisticated leading-edge technologies to pair buyers with sellers through automation of existing manual qualifying processes. The company vision is to optimise buyer-seller interaction by qualifying buyers using existing data feeds, data analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence.
The Challenge
By automating the sales qualification process, AIQ is transforming the sales process. For this, access to data is key. The challenge for the MBAe project team was to identify the parameters of success for AIQ, including the critical data repositories to be sourced – both publicly available and available for purchase. More generally, the team was asked to analyse the go-to-market strategy and propose alternative first markets for AIQ to target with their emerging services.
The Solution
The MBAe team conducted extensive user needs and market research in three different sales related industries and derived a strategy to enter each of them in a staged approach. Alongside, recommendation were made about service features and related opportunities to develop and commercialize IP. A growth strategy was developed and a roadmap covering 18 months.
