Learning-integrated work

CISI delivers a world-first program in response to an industry-wide call for learning that is woven into our working lives. The digital age has provided us with access to information and specialised expertise but hasn't supported us with the personal, social and creative mastery needed for the future.

Building on the principle that learning is lifelong and thrives in real-world situations, the CISI program offers enriching and practical tools and methods designed to take into working life. Work contexts are living labs where new concepts can be trialled, supported and refined through CISI learning and mentoring.

CISI concierge

Learners join CISI in one of the many available entry-point subjects over each calendar year. After completing the entry subject, you’ll progress into a rich mix of subject options to build your creative intelligence and strategic innovation skills.

Joining the postgraduate course unlocks access to a dedicated CISI concierge, who will work closely with you to identify and curate the most appropriate starting point and subjects for your work–life context.
