Promotional Materials
UTS produces a range of materials for prospective students. Your office will receive new UTS publications each year, but you can order additional stock or download electronic versions of our print materials on our download a brochure page.
UTS promotional material will only be dispatched to UTS appointed student recruitment agents and their approved offices.
To ensure students receive correct information, please check the date of issue printed on the back of brochures you have in stock. Brochures that are superseded must be destroyed. Brochures that are more than 12 months old are out-of-date and must be destroyed.
Over 5,000 free imagery, videos and creative assets can be found on the UTS Marketing Hub (Brand Portal).

Compliance and Training
Counsellor's manual
The UTS International Counsellor's Manual contains key information regarding all aspects of working with UTS.
If you would like a copy of the manual, please contact us. Please note this manual is for UTS-appointed student recruitment agent internal use only and is not to be copied or sold to external entities, such as students, organisations and/or individuals.
Compliance training
To ensure information quality and a high level of customer service, UTS-registered student recruitment agents must complete the Education Agent Training Course (opens an external site) from Professional International Education Resources (PIER) in order to become Qualified Education Agent Counsellors.
This course is developed in collaboration with Australian Education International (AEI) and the Department of Home Affairs. The Education Agent Training Course is delivered online, giving agents unlimited free access to up-to-date information about the Australian education system and Australia as a study destination.
Note: UTS expects student recruitment agent counsellors to have undergone the PIER training.
Agents can also access the ISANA National Code online tutorial and test (opens external site) for further training.
