How to apply
Applications are now open for all of our faculty's courses for the Autumn 2023 semester (Feb 2023 start). Choose from postgraduate study in design, architecture, landscape architecture, construction management, planning, project management, property development, or real estate investment.

Applications are managed through our UTS Student Portal, and you can save your progress along the way if you need to. (If you haven't registered to study with UTS before, your first step will be to create an account.)

Got everything you need?
Don't delay – you can always start your application and come back to it later. But in most cases, to complete your application you'll require:
- Your official academic transcript or record of study (note: transcripts printed from institution websites will not be accepted) or evidence of completion of study if this is not stated on the academic record.
- Your current CV.
- Your personal statement (approx. 1 page in length, describing past involvement in course related activities, your reasons for wanting to undertake a postgraduate course within the Faculty and it should demonstrate your capacity to do so).
- Evidence of name change (if applicable).
- Translations of any documents not in English (if applicable).
- Proof of English proficiency if medium of instruction at undergraduate level was not in English (IELTS results etc).
- Photo identification such as a driver's licence or passport.
