Gami Yarns
Gami Yarns is created and supported by Jumbunna Institute for Indigenous Education and Research, Winda Film Festival and City of Sydney's Cultural Resilience Fund.
An animation course for young Indigenous kids interested in telling stories.
Gami Yarns is a workshop teaching children how to film and animate a story. We liked the idea of the children interviewing their Grandmothers and capturing a story to then animate.
Dear teachers & parents, please get in touch. We'd love to help you bring Gami Yarns to your kids.
