Our Multimedia Data Analytics Lab is a nexus for research and development in data analytics across multimedia platforms, in collaboration with some of the world’s most innovative corporations. Our research and development expertise focuses on object detection, tracking and re-identification of humans, vehicles, small vessels and other objects in security surveillance, object content-based video search, 3D image content matching over different sensors such as LiDAR and RGB-D, traffic data analysis, human action recognition, and gait recognition for forensics and criminal investigation.
