Modules
The 2022 Symposium will be held online. The theme of the symposium is the 'application of research findings to clinical practice with early stuttering'. There will be three 2-hour modules, held on the 5th, 12th, and 19th of October. Each module will have different topics and different Distinguished Scholars and Master Clinicians.
See below for the International Symposium start times in your time zone.
Symposium Modules
MODULE 1
Three treatments for early stuttering are supported by randomised controlled trial evidence
This module deals with a clinical situation where the parents of a 3-year-old child ask what results to expect of stuttering treatment.
Date: 5th October 2022

MODULE 2
Pre-schoolers who stutter are at risk of developing mental health issues
This module deals with a clinical situation where the parents of a 3-year-old child ask what the early signs of mental health issues might be for their child who stutters.
Date: 12th October 2022
Distinguished Scholar
Marie-Christine Franken (Amsterdam)
