Meet our ambassadors
Abigail FelicianoAbigail is in her fifth year studying primary education along with a Diploma in Languages, majoring in Japanese. Abigail grew up in Blacktown and her hobbies include exploring new places to eat and having karaoke sessions with friends. She became an ambassador because she is passionate about helping students recognise their unique qualities and showing them they are capable of achieving what they dream. Abigail is keen to help students, and learn from them too. |
Adam HoteitAdam is in his final year of a Bachelor of Biotechnology/Bachelor of Business. While studying he has developed more of an interest in teaching others. When he isn't studying hard to get through his final year, he can be found at one of Sydney's many beaches surfing or playing volleyball. This is his first year in the U@Uni program and he has really enjoyed helping students challenge themselves. |
Ahmad MohamedAhmad is in his final year of a Bachelor of Advanced Science degree, majoring in Pre-Medicine and is keen on working in the health profession to help those most in need. In his spare time he enjoys working around his garden and catching up with mates. Ahmad is in his second year working on the U@Uni program and loves working with students in a variety of subjects from science to ancient history in a practical and different method. |
Alice BoutrosAlice is a second year student studying a Bachelor of Health Science, with hopes of completing a Masters in Physiotherapy. She has a passion for health, medicine, sports and nutrition. She loves connecting with various individuals and helping them reach their potential. This is her first year working on the U@Uni program. In her spare time, you will find Alice baking, cooking, spending time with her family and puppy, and having movie marathons. |
Alice TranAlice is a third and final year student studying a Bachelor of Accounting, sub-majoring in Information Technology and Finance. Unsurprisingly, she has a passion for mathematics and is very excited to share this with students from partner schools. This is her second year working on the U@Uni program. In her spare time, you will find Alice picking up new hobbies such as painting, crocheting or cooking, spending time with her friends or dog, or binge-watching crime documentaries on Netflix. |
Aman VermaAman is currently in his fifth year, studying a Bachelor of Engineering. This is Aman's first year as an amabassador with the U@Uni Program. He became an ambassador to help other students in high school reach their full potential. |
Amir Ali Jalali FarahaniAmir Ali is in his third year of Civil Engineering and Medical Sciences. He enjoys playing and watching basketball. This is Amir Ali’s first year working on the U@Uni program and he is excited to give back by motivating and supporting others, encouraging them to reach their full potential and enhance their skills. |
Annie PhamAnnie is in her fifth and final year of a Bachelor of Communication (Journalism)/Bachelor of Arts in International Studies. Her go-to comfort-binge show is How I Met Your Mother, and her last meal on Earth would be a bowl of ramen. Annie is a past partner school student turned new U@Uni Ambassador. She is eager to work and interact with students from schools like her own and share her stories of transitioning from high school to university. |
Areeba KhanAreeba is a third year student who is studying a double degree of business and IT. She chose this study path as she wanted to challenge herself, whilst gaining new skills. In her spare time she loves watching true crime documentaries. Areeba has been a U@Uni Ambassador for two years now and enjoys connecting with students from partner schools. She has a passion for Legal Studies and Business Studies and likes creating worksheets for the students in her tutorial sessions. |
Asha NadesanathanAsha is a third year Sport and Exercise Science student, with a keen interest in anatomy and an ambition for physiotherapy. Given any opportunity, she enjoys catching up on her never-ending list of webtoons, playing guitar and piano, rock climbing and training her (very) energetic dogs. Asha is passionate about mentoring students from all walks of life to guide them through their studies and career goals with the help of her experiences from high school and at UTS. |
Beril AkbulutBeril is in her third year of a Bachelor of Communications/Bachelor of Laws and is enjoying learning German as a Diploma. She chose her degree after being unable to decide between her passions of fashion and law, and realised her writing was better than her creativity. Beril has been a U@Uni Ambassador for over a year now and loves being able to mentor students as a relatable figure. She has a penchant for history and loves going to the beach. Most importantly she enjoys connecting with her students. |
Bethlehem MekkonenBethlehem is in her final year studying a Bachelor of Medicinal Chemistry (Honours). She has extensive experience as a U@Uni ambassador and is committed to empowering as many students as possible. Bethlehem is a strong advocate for equity, diversity and inclusion. |
Brooke TeehanBrooke is a second year journalism student who dreams about making feature documentaries about stories from around the world. On her days off you’ll find her at the park slacklining (think of a bouncy tight rope), reading or baking some type of elaborate French pastry. This is her first year working as a U@Uni Ambassador and she’s excited to get students engaged and debating about history. She particularly enjoys teaching students how to incorporate historians' perspectives into their essays. |
Brydon TruongBrydon is a second year business and law student with a passion for physical and mental growth. In his spare time he is involved in various clubs and societies and also likes to refine skills through his interests which include, but are not limited to calisthenics, yoga, dance and photography. This is his first year working as a U@Uni Ambassador and he is excited to be able to give back to the program which he was a part of during his time in high school and help other students achieve their best. |
Charbella AyoubCharbella is in her final year of a Bachelor of Design in Architecture. Charbella has a passion for design, photography and reading. When she isn't drawing or model-making, you'll find her lost in a book, coffee in hand. She became an Ambassador to help students on their journey to university and hopes to provide support and guidance for them that she wish she had during high school. |
Charita PinCharita is a third year civil engineering and business student. She participated in the U@Uni Program back in high school and this if her first year working on the program. She is involved with numerous UTS societies such as UTS Beta Alpha Psi and UTS Case Team and enjoys partaking in case competitions. Charita is excited to meet students undertaking the program and hopes to be a great influence upon them. |
Chelsea MarcellineChelsea is a fourth year Music and Sound Design/International Studies student who is eager to share her experiences and inspire students. As someone who is extremely involved in university life as a society executive and engaged student, she is looking forward to sharing the lessons she wishes she knew going into uni. |
Cindy LamCindy is in her final year of a Communications degree, with a double major in Creative Writing and Public Relations. Since the age of 16, she's developed a passion for mentoring students from diverse backgrounds, helping them gain confidence in both their academic and personal lives. A giant bookworm at heart with a serious case of wanderlust, Cindy wishes she owned a magical wardrobe so she could spontaneously travel the world whenever she wanted. |
Daniella ElakcnouchDaniella is in her second year of a combined Business and Law degree. She always strives to work to the best of her ability. As a United Nations Youth Ambassador, Daniella has been fortunate enough to have supported youth in a number of locations around the world. She is very eager to practise law, not only within Australia, but also on an international scale. This is Daniella's first year in the U@Uni program and she is excited to connect with students and support their goals. Daniella enjoys keeping fit and watching The Office to relax. |
Darcey GriffithDarcey is a third year Global Studies student majoring in Legal Studies. She is interested in the impacts of globalisation on international law, politics and economics. Darcey also has a love of regional Australia which developed from growing up on a farm in the Northern Rivers region of NSW. She enjoys playing different sports, particularly netball, and spends her free time exploring new places in and around Sydney. Darcey is looking forward to using her experiences to help students through the U@Uni Academy. |
Dean OckendenDean is a fourth year Mechatronic Engineering and International Studies students that is currently counting down the days until he can jet off to Spain for a year or two on exchange. When he's not at uni studying or working, he's exercising, playing guitar, learning Spanish, reading, listening to podcasts or out with friends. His future goal is to contribute towards intelligent automation for social impact. This is Dean's first year as a U@Uni Ambassador and so far he has cherished the experience of mentoring and getting to know some of the enthusiastic students in the Academy. |
Dua AlkassarDua is a fourth year Law and Social and Political Science student. This is her first year working on the U@Uni program. Dua enjoys challenging her worldview and experiencing the world through thought-provoking books, adventurous travels, and enjoying the simple but meaningful things in life. |
Elham HafizElham is a third year Bachelor of Medical Science student. She likes cooking and listening to podcasts. Elham has worked on a human-centered design projects and enjoys the process of collaboration. This helped her understand the services provided by the university better, which would really help alleviate a lot of anxiety the U@Uni students might be having. Elham is passionate about showing students that they belong at university. |
Elijah HolleroElijah is a fourth year Bachelor of Communications/Bachelor of International Studies student with a major in Social and Political Science. They are passionate about learning new skills both inside and outside of academia, infusing their passion for social justice in their love for art, crafts, and table-top gaming. Elijah is excited to work as an Ambassador to assist students through their journeys and show them that there is a place to belong for everyone. |
Ella BandurElla is in her third year of a primary school teaching degree. Following in her father's footsteps, she decided that she wanted to be a teacher since before even starting primary school herself. Ella grew up in a small coastal town and loves the beach, however she is going to move out to teach in western NSW when she graduates (hours from the closest beach). This is her first year as a U@Uni Ambassador and she is excited to bring her creativity and positivity to the program. |
Elsey-Anne DadsonElsey-Anne is studying a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Communication majoring in Social and Political Sciences. She was attracted to this double degree because, in times when there are multiple injustices, she has always had a passion creating change for a better future. This is her first year working as an Ambassador in the U@Uni program. One of the things Elsey-Anne loves about being an Ambassador is helping students realise their full potential and encouraging them to dream big. When she is not re-watching The Office, Elsey-Anne is on the hunt for her next favourite book. |
Envera KopcoEnvera is a third year Social and Political Science, Digital Media and Innovation student from the Faculty of Transdisciplinary Innovation and Communications. She is a big-time adventure lover who is currently using 2020 to master the splits! She choose her degree because of the freedom it allowed her to establish her own ideas and opportunities in life. This is her first year as a U@Uni Ambassador, and she is excited to use her experiences of failure and achievement to help students in Western Sydney. |
Eugene ChoiEugene is studying a double degree in Law and Social and Political Sciences. His hobbies include basketball, tennis, reading and drinking copious amounts of coffee. Eugene became an Ambassador so he could be a role model and inspirational figure like his teachers were to him. |
Fahid IfthekharFahid is currently in his fourth year of business and law. This is his first year working in the U@Uni program but fourth year as a HSC tutor and he is extremely excited about connecting with students from his 'old stomping grounds' and helping them achieve personal success. In his downtime, he loves to binge watch Brooklyn Nine-Nine, 'party it up' with his mates on Xbox and go on long nature walks for getting the perfect shot for 'the gram'. |
Francesca DiasFrancesca is a third year Forensic Science student majoring in Chemistry. This is her second year as a U@Uni Ambassador and she is excited to work with students from schools in her local area. She has a passion for PDHPE and Chemistry and is looking forward to helping students reach their highest potential. Francesca loves TikTok and dancing in the lab. She also enjoys learning new languages. |
Gautam IyerGautam is a final year Master of Professional Engineering (Biomedical) student. Gautam hopes to inspire and motivate young minds to produce innovative and creative solutions to any problem in the world. Gautam believes everyone should be provided with an equitable opportunity to showcase their talents. While working with the U@Uni program, he wishes to bridge the gap between students and university. Gautam has utilised the resources and opportunities available to him and hopes to pass on that knowledge to younger generations. |
Gurvinder BhatiaGurvinder is studying Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering and is in his 4th year. He is enthusiastic about using his skills to contribute to a good cause, such as helping create machines that assist with cancer research. He has a passion for inspiring others both inside and outside of their academic career and is always excited to meet new faces through the U@Uni program. Gurvinder loves to try and explain complex scientific or technological concepts in creative new ways to make them interesting and leave minds blown! In his spare time, Gurvinder likes kickboxing, going mountain bike riding and trying new foods. |
Hassan MehieddineHassan is a second year Architecture student who enjoys music, cooking and playing sof-crosse. This is Hassan's first year as a U@Uni Ambassador and he is looking forward to sharing his passions with students and providing guidance for their future endeavours. |
Iris FungIris is a fourth year Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Education and Diploma of Japanese student. Iris enjoys helping students achieve their personal best. In her spare time she likes to participate in societies such as The Big Lift, UTS HKSA and UKA to make a difference to our community. She also enjoys participating in a range of sports such as wake surfing and Pilates. Iris is excited to join the U@Uni Academy so she can share her knowledge and encourage students to reach their full potential. |

Jeevan KullarJeevan is a third year Law and Business Student with a passion for the corporate legal field and assisting in community activities. In his spare time, Jeevan follows and plays a range of sports including soccer, cricket and tennis. This is his first year working for the U@Uni Program. Jeevan has a passion for humanities subjects including Legal Studies, Business Studies and Economics. Jeevan is excited to work with students both in unlocking their potential and assisting in the transition into university. |
Jeremy SibucaoJeremy studies Global Studies to grasp a better understanding of the interconnected nature of the world, especially in an increasingly globalised society. He majors in business and sub-majors in Japanese specialist country studies and is excited at the prospect of one day being able to work around the world. This will be his second year working with the U@Uni program, and he has a passion for breaking down and analysing poetry with students in his tutorial sessions. |
Jessica NaumovskiJessica is in her final year of a Master of Orthoptics degree. Jessica is passionate about Science, Medicine and the power of education. She is the Vice-President of the UTS Orthoptics Student Society and aims to raise awareness of the Orthoptics profession. When Jessica is not studying she is either volunteering with various organisations or re-watching The Office. Jessica became a U@Uni Ambassador as she has previously been both a mentor and mentee, and would like to help other students on their journey. Jessica has personally experienced the positive impact the U@Uni programs can have on a student's life in unlocking their potential and realising their passions. |
Jessica MaiJessica Mai is in her third year at UTS, currently studying a Bachelor of Business and is also completing a Diploma of Innovation. This is Jess's first year with the U@Uni program, and she's extremely keen to help others find their place, and through rough times. With a passion for giving back to the community, Jess still works to find her place and where she wants to be in the future, and hopes that with new experiences, she will find her place. Joshua del PradoJoshua is a second year nursing student at UTS. He is passionate about helping other people and promoting good health and wellbeing no matter what age you are. Julie TranJulie is in her final year of a Communication/International Studies double degree. Her interests are music, and media of the on-screen variety. Food, especially desserts, are also key contributors of happiness. With hopes of encouraging and empowering people, she is delighted to be part of the U@Uni program, to help nurture a sense of fulfilment for the students and herself. This is her first year as an Ambassador, and she wishes to make a positive impact, no matter how minuscule. |
Kashaf KhanKashaf is a second-year student of medical science at UTS. She is passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of society, through making a difference by further pursuing a career in medical research in the area of infectious diseases. As part of U@Uni, she looks forward to working with high school students to help overcome the fears and challenges students may experience in relation to the HSC and transitioning to university through sharing her experiences. |
Kavya RejiKavya is a first year student studying a Master of Public Health and has just recently completed a Bachelor of Nursing at UTS. Kavya is a foodie and a big-time adventure lover at heart and is also a professionally-trained dancer. This is Kavya's first year with the U@Uni program and she's so excited to inspire the next generation and help them unlock their full potential. |
Ken XaybounheuangKen is a second year student studying a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at UTS. By night, he works as a choreographer and dancer in Western Sydney. With a strong passion for empowering youth, he is incredibly excited to interact with new individuals and facilitate the wonderful work of the U@Uni Academy. |
Koshin JamaKoshin is a final year Software Engineering student. Koshin's hobbies include programming personal websites as well as programming games. He also likes participating and playing sports, particularly swimming and soccer. If Koshin is not coding or playing sports he tends to spend the rest of his time playing games on his PC and Switch. Koshin became an ambassador to help other students who are struggling in their studies or are unaware of other alternative paths they can take. |
Leon GaoLeon is in his second year studying a Bachelor of Economics and Law. He spends most of his time either immersed in music or sport and can’t wait to continue his first year with the U@Uni program. He had a blast during HSC Legal Studies and Advanced Mathematics and hopes to relive the experience while working with the students of the program. |
Leyla YildirimLeyla is in her final year of a Bachelor of Medical Science and is looking forward to her future career opportunities. Leyla has two adorable cats and loves spending time cooking and baking while watching Netflix or blasting Spotify. Leyla is known as the photographer, planner and skincare queen in her friend group. This is her first year working on the U@Uni program. |
Lisa ChanLisa is a third year business and IT student with a passion for economics and data analytics. Lisa participated in the U@Uni program during her time at Fairfield High School and is now a working as a U@Uni Amabssador. She enjoys mentoring talented young minds to build a positive environment for them during their HSC and is willing to share her story with the U@Uni Academy students. |
Lucia MaiLucia is in her third year of a combined Law and Communications degree, majoring in Creative Writing. She joined the U@Uni team because she is passionate about critical pedagogy and dismantling systemic barriers to education. When she's not studying, working, or volunteering, Lucia enjoys reading thrillers, zoning out on video games, and playing YouTube videos at double speed. |
Mae LimbacoMae is a third year Bachelor of Laws student. She was interested in studying law because she loves problem solving and collaborating with others. Making her university journey even more worthwhile is her participation in the Brennan Justice and Leadership Program. Outside of university, Mae has been an active advocate for women’s empowerment which is made possible through her membership with Zonta International of Nepean Valley. Mae describes herself as determined, focussed and someone who thrives well under pressure. She is now interested in combining all these skills, qualities and knowledge to bringing quality mentoring and tutoring to students. |

Maria JamalMaria is a second year international student studying a Bachelor of Engineering, majoring in Software. Mariah TalebMariah is a fourth year Biomedical Engineering (Honours), Diploma in Engineering practice student. Her hobbies include hanging out with family and friends and going to her farm on the weekends. Mariah chose to be a U@Uni Ambassador because she has a passion for teaching and helping others achieve their goals. |
Mariam PolisMariam is a second year business and law student who is thrilled to be studying her dream degree. During high school, she paid a visit with her Year 12 Legal Studies class to the Parramatta Local and District Courts and witnessed the incredible power of knowing the law and it could help change a person's life. From that day onwards, she has never looked back. This is her first year as a U@Uni Ambassador. Mariam is excited to work with students in her local community, especially with her passion for learning and a new set of Kahoot questions. |
Martina CapraMartina is a third year forensic science student at UTS. She found her love of organic chemistry through her degree, and loves all creepy and interesting things she learns from it. She chose her study path after watching 17 seasons of Law and Order SVU and has no regrets! Martina has just started as a U@Uni Ambassador and is keen to share all the tips and tricks she learnt during her time in high school and university. She loves to play piano for her local church, and spends her spare time drawing and painting – or binging Tik Tok videos. |
Maryam KanjMaryam studies a Bachelor of Education in Secondary Teaching with an ambition to guide students to uncover their potential and success. She chose this degree to make a difference, especially for students from low socioeconomic backgrounds. Maryam’s experience as a student with similar disadvantages and being able to overcome those obstacles is what drives her work in her degree and the U@Uni program. During her two years as an Ambassador, she’s loved supporting her students during mentoring sessions and experiencing the positive difference that the Ambassador team has made. |
Megha KapoorMegha is in her fourth year of a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation. Megha chose this degree because she really enjoyed Legal Studies in high school and pursuing law seemed like the natural pathway for her. In her spare time, Megha loves crocheting and listening to audiobooks. She also loves a good cup of tea. This is her first year as a U@Uni Ambassador and she hopes to be someone who is relatable and able to share her knowledge from academic content to the stresses of high school and transitioning to university. |
Miko KoskelaMiko has a Bachelor of Health Science and is currently studying psychology at UTS. He has particular interest in clinical psychology and neuropsychology. His interests lie in science and the humanities. Miko loves working with people, which is one of the reasons he became an ambassador. His two favourite hobbies are guitar and basketball. |
Monica DinhMonica is a second year student studying medical science and her dream is to one day open a medical centre in a third world country. This is Monica’s first year working with the U@Uni program and she is really excited about lending her knowledge and connecting with the students from the partner schools. |
Morwarid FaizMorwarid is a second year law and communications student, majoring in social and political sciences. She is an avid reader and enjoys writing poetry in her downtime. Morwarid has a particular interest in advocacy and policy making, endeavouring to someday work in the legal and political field. This is her first year working on the U@Uni program and she is looking forward to meeting all the students from our partner schools. |
Muriell Abou KaramMuriell who is more commonly known as Maria, is in her fifth year as a Law and International Studies student majoring in French. Two of her favourite past times include dancing and eating chocolate. She has been an ambassador since 2018 and can safely say it is one of the most fulfilling roles she has had. As an ambassador she has been given countless opportunities to grow in an encouraging environment. Maria finds sharing her experiences and knowledge with students extremely fulfilling. She is looking forward to another year of impactful experiences. |
Nancy ChhunNancy is in her final year of a combined degree in Bachelor of Communications (Digital and Social Media) and International Studies. She was part of the U@Uni Summer School program when she was in high school which cemented her decision in attending UTS for university. She has always wanted to give back and be part of the team that helped her in the transition to university and hopes that any knowledge and tips she has gained will be able to help future university students in similar situations, especially for those that are thinking about studying overseas. She loves singing and going to karaoke and is still trying to find the infamous cheap dumpling restaurant near UTS she heard about in her first year. |
Nora SulaimanNora is a third year Engineering and Business student that excels at making small talk and simplifying hard concepts with amusing analogies. She personally loves tea and robotics just as much as the written works of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. |
Owen LittlejohnOwen is a third year mechanical engineering student and this is his second year as a U@Uni Ambassador. He has really enjoyed the work experiences integrated into his degree format, meeting many great people and learning valuable skills. He has a passion for physics and mathematics, and is excited to help students develop their interests in their areas of study. |
Phoebe ChauPhoebe is a third year Civil Engineering student. Apart from being a math geek, she enjoys cooking and listening to music. She has a passion for putting theory into practice through problem solving, and for long-term sustainability. She loves being a U@Uni Ambassador as she is inspired by helping others. |
Poojaben DarjiPooja is a third year Mechatronic Engineering student. She is highly interested in physics and mathematics, particularly in the innovation of modern technology to create social impact. As a Mechatronics research intern she has had the opportunity to simulate and develop sensing technology for underground infrastructure. Pooja enjoys discussions and interactions with diverse communities. In her spare time you can find her volunteering, organising UTS Robotics Society events, as well as playing badminton with her family. As a U@Uni Ambassador, Pooja is excited to help high school students grow in their confidence and abilities. |
Raagavi JeyaseelanRaagavi is a third year Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Laws student who is passionate about working within the community to make a difference and help those in need. In her spare time, Raagavi loves to get involved with cultural societies at UTS and community projects aimed at helping people. This is Raagavi’s second year as a U@Uni Ambassador. What she enjoys most about her role is that she has the ability to meet students from all walks of life, and she can help them achieve their dreams. |
Rana Al-BadriRana graduated with a Bachelor of Advanced Science (Pre-Medicine) degree in 2019, but her interest in science and enjoyment towards working in labs led her to pursue an Honours degree this year. Rana enjoys spending time motivating and assisting others in reaching their goals. She loves travelling, listening to music, and reading books. Rana is passionate about making a difference in other people's lives so that they can grow and shine in the future. This is her first year as a U@Uni Ambassador, and she is looking forward to assisting students in making their HSC experience as enjoyable and beneficial as possible. |
Rhea GoundarRhea is a third law and medical science student who loves plants, cooking and binge-watching documentaries. She loves to help others out in any way she can, especially when it involves teaching subjects that she is passionate about. This is Rhea’s first year working on the U@Uni program. She loves to use stories and acronyms to help breakdown difficult concepts so that students can reach their ‘aha!’ moment. |
Rida KhanRida is a second year Law and Communications (Social and Political Sciences) student, with a particular interest in Indigenous rights and policy reform. She enjoys watching crime shows, music and spending her time amongst nature. This is Rida's first year working as part of the U@Uni Program and she is keen to help and engage with students to realise their goals and aspirations. |
Roxanne NguyenRoxanne is a fourth year Bachelor of Medical Science/Bachelor of Arts in International Studies (Japan major) student. You will often find her wandering around campus and the city with headphones on as she enjoys listening to new music on a daily basis. Roxanne is part of the Japanese Australian Student Society (JASS) at UTS, and enjoys volunteering outside of university. She became an ambassador to help provide a perspective as to what uni is really like and to encourage students to pursue their passions in higher education. Roxanne has an interest in science which led her to choosing her degree. |
Saja Al-ZaamilySaja is a fourth year Law and Business student. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, and has a passion for social justice and helping people, making volunteering one of her favourite hobbies. This is her first year as a U@Uni Ambassador. She hopes to facilitate a meaningful experience for the program participants through her passion for English and the humanities by sharing tips on writing extended responses and learning the content. |
Satya Pranavi GangapuriPranavi is a fifth year Biomedical Engineering student who is passionate about promoting humanitarian engineering and STEM education, especially to encourage young women to pursue STEM. She is motivated to help others and has pursued this through school outreaches as a WiEIT SPROUT. In her spare time, she loves to watch anime, code and bake. This is her first year as a U@Uni Ambassador and she is excited to bring her skills to the program. |
Scott JacobsScott is a third year mechanical engineering student who enjoys his studies. He recently completed his first engineering internship as part of his degree. This is his second year in the U@Uni program. Scott tutors in a wide variety of subjects including maths, physics and English and finds the tutoring to be very rewarding. |
Selin AktimSelin is a third year student studying a Bachelor of Biomedical Science. She enjoys spending time with family and helping the community with her volunteer work at St John’s Ambulance. Her passion to pursue a medical career has come from working at her local pharmacy since high school. This is her first year working as a U@Uni Ambassador and looks forward to inspiring and connecting with students at partner school. Selin enjoys STEM related subjects such as Chemistry and Biology and hopes to integrate fun activities to engage the students during tutoring sessions. |
Simran PunSimran is in her final year of studying a double degree of Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts in International Studies (Canada). Simran has a keen interest in social issues, society and culture, education, politics and the law. She is actively involved in the UTS Indian Society and is also a part of the UTS Peer Network. This is her first year working as a U@Uni Ambassador and she is very eager to share her knowledge and experience with the students. |
Sisira PallipattuSisira is a fourth Year Mechatronics Engineering student whose passion for all things physics brought her down this path. She is a self-professed geography nerd and loves any chance to brag about being able to name all the countries in the world. Srinidhi GoruSrinidhi is in her third year of a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and Bachelor of Business. Her hobbies include going on hikes with her dog and baking/cooking new recipes. Susanna SatSusanna is a final year Bachelors of Medical Science student. She enjoys spending time with her six dogs and taking them out on adventures when she's not studying. Susanna also really likes wandering around art galleries whenever she gets the chance. She became an ambassador because she enjoyed sharing her experiences with her brother and guiding him through the process of entering university. She is looking forward to helping others find the best program for them. |

Tania AntonyTania is a fourth year biomedical science student who is obsessed with re-reading the entire Harry Potter series. She loves to work in laboratories as well as learning about new discoveries in the field of science. Her future goal is to become a researcher and work on disease treatments. Other than science, she is enthusiastic about English and is keen to apply her knowledge and share this enthusiasm with students for the first time as a U@Uni Ambassador. |
Theertha SuneshTheertha is currently in third year studying software engineering at UTS. She has found a recent passion for front-end software development after finishing her recent internship with Commonwealth Bank of Australia. She has been a U@Uni Ambassador since 2019 and has been loving it since. She finds the opportunity to connect and assist high school students rewarding and highly valuable. |

Tyrian RheinbergerTyrian is currently studying forensic science in CSI, and is a lover of all things avocado. She has been a U@Uni Ambassador for two years now and has cherished every moment of it. She enjoys spending her spare time playing with her pets and watching horror movies. She's passionate about all things maths and science and loves helping students develop their skills in these areas. |
Victoria FuVictoria Fu is a senior ambassador in her third year of biomedical science. She chose her degree because she had an amazing support system while studying in year 12 which helped her in developing her passion for science. She is very grateful for her teachers and wishes to give back by passing on support to younger students. Victoria is the President of the Medical and Health Society at UTS. She also competitively figure skates in her spare time. |
