Current and prospective students are welcome to book an appointment with an Accessibility Consultant to enquire and discuss services and support or to Register

How to book an appointment

  • Online: Current UTS students can book their appointments online.
  • Phone: Call the Student Services Unit Reception at +61 2 9514 1177 and select option 3.
  • Email: Send an email to accessibility@uts.edu.au, including your availability for an appointment.

Types of appointments

  • Phone: Your Accessibility Consultant will call you at the scheduled time. Please note that the call may come from a private number or 9514 1177.
  • Online via Zoom: You can find the link to your Zoom appointment in the confirmation and reminder emails sent to your UTS email.
  • In-person: Please inform the Student Services Unit Reception upon your arrival.

Cancelling or rescheduling appointments

If you cannot attend your appointment, please reschedule online (available for current UTS students) or call Reception (+61 2 9514 1177) as early as possible.

Running late?

If you're running late, please call or email your Accessibility Consultant to inform them of your estimated arrival time.

If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee that your Accessibility Consultant will be able to see you. Your appointment may be shortened, or you may need to reschedule.
