Climate-KIC Australia convenes and coordinates collaborative efforts to deliver climate action across interconnected elements that underpin systems that shape our society.

Systems change is not built on single solutions or technological improvements. Systems are made up of many interconnected elements – such as technology, people, culture, markets, policies, and so on.

Our work focuses on convening a broad range of collaborators – from government, to civil society, to industry - to act on these ‘levers of change’ all at once to achieve catalytic and exponential effects across the system.

We use our systems innovation framework to identify where interventions are needed to re-orient and re-shape systems; design effective interventions across multiple levers of change; implement and dynamically manage connected actions; learn fast across the whole range of activities; and transform evidence-based insight and hunches into new, well-framed problem spaces and interventions.
