Core subjects deliver the latest thinking in key business areas
Eight core subjects (36cp) bring you up to speed with the latest thinking in key business disciplines.
Subjects are delivered live online (via Zoom), including Applied Financial Management, Accounting Practices and Tools, Delivering Customer Value, Business Analytics, Business and Political Economy, and Strategies and Business Models. Adaptive Leadership Lab and the Strategic Design Studio are delivered in intensive block mode on campus.
Electives allow you to explore new and exciting topics
Choose four elective subjects from a range of options to suit your level of experience and interests.
Some options include Organisation Position and Performance; Valuation, Capital Structure and Budgeting; Data, Algorithms and Meaning; Behavioural Decision Making; Macro Sustainability Impacts; Decision Making Uncertainty; Digital and Social Media Marketing; Applied Governance and Risk Management; Transforming Workforce Capability; and Navigating Managerial. Electives are mostly taught in a live online mode via Zoom, providing you with great flexibility about when and where you learn. The Global Business Practicum is delivered as an overseas trip visiting global business hubs like Silicon Valley, US East Coast, etc.
Stream subjects let you specialise in specific areas
Stream subjects in Corporate Transformation, Nation Building, Service Design, and Entrepreneurship enable you to deepen your knowledge and apply new skills by engaging in research and real problem-solving for your own projects. These subjects are delivered in a blended model with between 10 and 40 hours per subject on campus.
You can stick with one study stream or mix and match. Choose four 3cp stream subjects and two 6cp Labs. Only if you aim to graduate with the EMBA in Entrepreneurship are you required to study all Entrepreneurship stream subjects. Note that you can also choose any stream subject as an elective.

It is the perfect mix of theory and practical application.
