Entrepreneurship
Work on your own venture.
- Whether you are an entrepreneur or intrapreneur, this study stream enables you to take an idea from conception to launch while you study. Do something you are passionate about and keep the momentum.
- You can also join the program as the founder of an existing venture and work on growing and scaling the business.
- Designed for people who have creative and innovative ideas and want to see them through to fruition as an entrepreneur or people who aspire to take leading roles in start-up and scale-up companies.
- UTS supports you with personal mentorship, access to world-class infrastructure, and a community of like-minded people. Completion of the Entrepreneurship study pathway leads to the award of the EMBA in Entrepreneurship.
Indigenous Nation Building
Create pathways for nation-building and economic development.
This study stream enables you to make impactful contributions to communities, businesses, organisations, government and corporations.
- Designed for innovators and leaders who want to pursue self-determined outcomes in Indigenous communities, businesses, and community-based organisations or who want to influence government and corporate organisations.
- Work with the country's leading Aboriginal nation-building team. In this unique collaboration, UTS Business School and Jumbunna-based Indigenous Nations and Collaborative Futures Research team pass on their extensive expertise from years of cooperation with the Harvard Business School's Native Nations Institute and their work in Ngarindjerri and Gunditjmara Country.
- Supported by experts and passionate educators, you will work in a collaborative studio environment and have access to personal mentorship, coaching and a broad network of peers.
Service Design
Adopt a service-based approach to developing value propositions and operationalising their delivery.
This study stream enables you to use creative processes to resolve tensions between the needs of customers, employees and their organisation when managing flexible services.
- Gain a practical understanding of the difference a designer's attention to material quality can make to the experience of a service for all involved.
- Enhance your capacity to communicate dynamic business offerings, as propositions to leaders and stakeholders, as processes to employees and community members, and as ways of satisfying customers' diverse needs.
