International student tuition fees
International students, with the exception of study abroad and exchange students, are charged a load-based tuition fee. This means you are charged a fee for each subject you enrol in, including repeated subjects.
Tuition fees must be paid in advance for each teaching period.
As stated in your Letter of offer, your tuition fees will be subject to an increase each calendar year.
Please use our Tuition Fees Search - Search Fees by Course to help you estimate the tuition fees for a given year. Please note your Cohort Year will be the year in which you commence study.
International students must also pay the Student Services and Amenities Fee.

Tuition fee calculations for Postgraduate Research degrees
Tuition fees for postgraduate research degrees are charged on a pro-rata basis, based on the number of days that you are enrolled in each research degree session and whether you are enrolled after the research census date.
Research degree sessions are as follows:
- Autumn - 1 January to 30 June
- Spring - 1 July to 31 December
Please note: Tuition fees will be calculated as the number of days of candidature/number of days in research degree session x 0.5 annual tuition fee rate. This daily rate calculation applies only up until the research census date. After the research census date the full session tuition fee applies for the remainder of that session.
